Well organized and EVERYONE there is busy. No standing around making you wonder why you're still there--and you won't be there any longer than you need to be! People speak to you and offer assistance on approach (with a smile). I went to another service center closer to my home and when I walked in everyone looked around, afraid I'd actually ask for assistance. I turned on my heels, preferring to drive 40 minutes to Sterling McCall instead. Shout out to Jordan for all the attention, patience and follow through from the customer with the GMC Terrain!
